Shipping policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with us as easy and hassle free as possible.

All of our items are sent via Australia Post or Courier only.

All orders over $150.00 incur FREE postage.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours pending availability. Items will be delivered during business hours within 3-5 working days of your purchase. Please note, deliveries to Northern Queensland, Northern Territory or Northern Western Australia may take longer.

A signature will be required upon delivery to accept your package. Please ensure you provide an address where someone is available during business hours. If no one is available to sign, a notification card will be placed in your letterbox informing you that a delivery attempt was made and where the package has been transferred to for pickup.
