EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kireiki, we want you to love what you have ordered from us, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your order for something else within 7 days of the purchase date.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached & unworn within 7 or 14 days. Items which are considered to be ‘used’ will be returned back to you and we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Please note, Kireiki does not issue or accept credit notes.
We do not offer exchange on Gift Cards and Shipping.

Postage of Exchange items
Customers are responsible for postage cost on returned items, exchanged items will incur a flat rate postage fee of $15.00.

WARRANTY

Kireiki offer a 60 day warranty against defects in materials or manufacturer defects on all of our jewellery purchased in our online boutique. Upon our inspection, we will repair or replace jewellery proven to be defective by our jewellers within 60 days from the date of purchase.

The above contractual warranties against defects do not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the products due to: normal wear and tear (including tarnishing); accident or mishap; careless handling; improper use; alteration or substitution; use outside our care instructions; improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorised repairers; or theft. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by this warranty against defects.
